Our solutions are based on Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Agents, Fabric and Azure products, enabling us to deliver powerful, connected business solutions that drive significant client value.</p> <p><strong>The Role: Agentic Lead </strong></p> <p>The Agentic Lead is responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) activities and leading engagements around Microsoft Agents and related technologies. This role involves managing strategic relationships with Microsoft UK, delivering presales sessions and workshops, and leading RFP/RFI responses. The Agentic Lead will also build and maintain offerings centred on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and emerging technologies such as Fabric and Azure Foundry. A strong focus on client engagement, technical expertise, and thought leadership is essential.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Go-to-Market and Presales:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and execute GTM strategies for Microsoft Agents and Copilot solutions.</li> <li>Deliver presales presentations, workshops, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.</li> <li>Support bids and proposals, including leading RFP and RFI responses.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Relationship Management:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage and strengthen the strategic relationship with Microsoft UK.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft account managers to align offerings and joint initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Solution Development and Innovation:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Build and maintain offerings around Microsoft Agents, Copilot, and related technologies.</li> <li>Stay current with Microsoft innovations, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric, and Azure Foundry.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Client Engagement:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Deliver sessions, workshops and projects to clients on Agentic and Copilot solutions.</li> <li>Provide guidance on licensing, integration, and adoption strategies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Thought Leadership:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Create technical assets such as presentations, demos, and videos to support GTM activities.</li> <li>Represent KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions at industry events and client forums.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Proven success in a technical presales or solution lead role.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.</li> <li>Understanding of data strategy and governance in Microsoft environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with Azure Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and Dynamics 365 applications.</li> <li>Experience in building or selling technology solutions across sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, Energy, or Professional Services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Knowledge of other GPT-based solutions and automation tools.</li> <li>Awareness of sustainability and sector-specific solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Person:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft sales cycles and collateral development.</li> <li>Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.</li> <li>Ability to manage complex relationships and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.</li> <li>Flexible and adaptable, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.</li> <li>Willingness to travel as required.</li> </ul>
