We encourage you to refer candidates to this role.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Position Title: </strong>Loan Product Manager</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manages Loan products from conceptualization, feasibility evaluation, development, roll-out, post-launch and periodic evaluation and product re-design (as needed).</li> <li>Grows revenues and builds up volumes of assigned product(s) through developing and implementing programs and initiatives for the bank's Loan product offerings.</li> <li>Reviews and evaluates existing policies to re-align these and provide structure to address identified risks.</li> <li>Reviews and evaluates existing processes and procedures for consistency and harmonization of practice as well as institute process improvements.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>With Commercial or Consumer Loans handling experience</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCan perform multi-tasking function</li> <li>Can work with minimal supervision</li> <li>Excellent time management skills</li> <li>Strong critical thinking skills</li> <li>Forward thinking</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other Details:</strong></p> <p><strong>Rank: </strong>Junior Officer</p> <p><strong>Unit: </strong>Institutional Banking Sector - Loan Product Department</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>BGC, Taguig City</p> </div>
