Services customer’s day-to-day investment requirements such as, but not limited to time deposits, foreign exchange, fixed income, structured products and other alternative investment products, including hedges on cashflows.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Specific Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implements business strategies to increase client base, improve customer service and relations, enhance client retention and loyalty, and derive additional business from existing accounts.</li> <li>Supports Relationship Managers of various sectors in deepening customer relationships by providing investment solutions through products and services. </li> <li>Profiles clients as to product suitability and assists the Branch and Relationship Managers in conducting profiling activities.</li> <li>Conducts marketing calls and comprehensive product briefings and market updates to prospective and existing clients.</li> <li>Executes the investment solutions confirmed by clients with the Bank as its counterparty and depending on the authority it provided.</li> <li>Continually assesses and provides feedback to the Desk/Department Head regarding financial markets performance, competitiveness, relevance and overall profitability viability of investment products and services.</li> <li>Complies with policies and regulations affecting the market where he/she trades and conducts work activities with an awareness of the risks and prescribed controls.</li> <li>Monitors the submission of required documents by clients/branches and ensures accuracy and prompt delivery of investment documents and reports to internal clients.</li> <li>Updates and keeps pertinent records of the Desk</li> <li>Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Other Details:</strong></p> <p><strong>Rank:</strong> Junior Officer</p> <p><strong>Unit:</strong> Financial Markets Sector / Investment Distribution Division / North Luzon <br><strong>Location:</strong> Metrobank Angeles </p>
