scheduling within hydropower, grid stability (synchronous condensers), energy, or EPC plant projects</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven experience on large, complex projects in a professional scheduling role</span></li> <li helvetica, sans-serif">Create and/or review baseline schedule based on inputs from the project team</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Revise the baseline schedule in case of contractual change</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure contract and process compliance of the schedule with respect to quality scope, milestones, level of detail, weighting, structure, etc.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate & expedite schedule inputs from Project team</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Feedback to Project team to highlight actual or potential delays, status of Milestones & critical path variations, etc.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide any schedule related output to project team in accordance with contract requirements</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop mitigation scenarios</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create PSP/work breakdown structure summary report for progress monitoring based on the schedule</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span
