Primary responsible for designing, developing and administering tests to ensure acceptance criteria are met and identify any potential issues. </span></span></li> </ul> <p style=""> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 1.0E-4pt"><span style=""><strong><span style="">Role Exposure:</span></strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Design, develop and document comprehensive test cases</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Defines appropriate tests required and associated test data</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Evaluates and reports result of the test cycle to the Scrum team</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Analyze and review User Stories and its Acceptance Criteria</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Participate in Scrum events</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Performs web and mobile applications testing to ensure that they meet design specifications and are free of bugs and other issues</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Use a variety of testing techniques to identify and report issues and defects, including regression testing, exploratory testing, and system integration testing</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Conducts review, analysis, and investigation of requirements and bugs raised together with the scrum team</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and that the software is meeting those requirements</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide inputs to the Test Manager and Test Lead regarding the status of the testing</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Identifying areas that need to improvement based on test results and proposing solution to management</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Prepare and publish detailed daily status report</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Assist production support in replicating any reported issue raised by the customers/users</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for systems for production release </span></li> </ul> <p style=""> </p> <p style=""><span style=""><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Qualifications: </span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="">Minimum 3 years of experience in Branch Banking, including hands-on exposure to teller operations.</li> <li style=""> <div>Strong knowledge of Tellering Systems and branch-level banking workflows.</div> </li> <li style=""> <div>experience in analyzing user stories and translating them into test scenarios.</div> </li> <li style=""> <div>Solid background in functional testing for banking or financial services applications.</div> </li> </ul>
