Champions the partnership between ITG and a specific businesssector and/or segment, ensuring alignment with the committed IT strategy activities. Oversees the business sector’s IT portfolio and spearheads the end to- end delivery of IT projects and requests from ideation to implementation.Manages incident and problem resolution for applications affecting the business, and provides key leaders of the business sector and/or segment with visibility into IT activities. Serves as the escalation point for all IT concerns within the business unit. Leads the Business Unit Engagement Team, composed of resources across key roles, who possess a consolidated view and knowledge of various ITG areas relevant to the supported sector and/or segment.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Escalation and Integration point for all IT activities and concerns </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">for the business sector and/or segment and IT.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partnership and Relationship Management:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive the collaboration between ITG and the business sector </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">and/or segment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define and drive the IT strategy to support the sector and/or </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">segment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure alignment with the committed IT strategy.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct regular touchpoints with sector and/or segment and </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">group heads to provide key information on IT projects and </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">operations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive issue and risk management for the IT strategy and </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">technology agenda and activities of the business sector and/or </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">segment</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Portfolio Management:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversees the business sector and/or segment’s IT portfolio</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manages the overall IT budget for the sector and/or segment</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Engage with key vendors supporting the sector and/or </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">segment</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Business Engagement Lead</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Implement the overall IT strategy and architecture across the </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">projects and support provided to the business</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and requests </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">from ideation to implementation.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">IT Operations Oversight:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage incident and problem resolution for applications affecting the business.</li> <li>Provide key leaders of the sector and/or segment with visibility into IT operations on key metrics such as availability, detection and recoverability and top production<br>incidents, and the like</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead the Business Unit Engagement Team</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Foster collaboration and teamwork with business units, key </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">personnel, and stakeholders within and outside IT</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Stay current on IT technology and innovations, advising the </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">business segment on IT matters.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Advance the key initiatives of IT. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supervise the team’s work, ensuring proper distribution of </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">assignments and adequate allocation of resources.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Direct the overall management, coordination, and evaluation </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">of the team’s resources. Perform supervisory responsibilities </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">addressing complaints and resolving problems.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop relationships with strategic IT vendor partners that will </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">be relevant to the business sector and/or segment, as well as ITG.</span></li> </ul>
