Position Title: Learning Business Partner Job Summary: The Learning Business Partner will be responsible in localizing the learning strategy of the bank into the sectors/business units that they are assigned to. This role will serve as the main liaison of the HR function to the business and will ensure an appropriate and fit-for-purpose learning agenda is laid out alongside the People agenda created by the HRBPs. This role will support the Head of Learning & Development in applying a competence assurance and development approach in addressing the learning needs of the business unit they support.
