<p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">We are currently looking for a<strong> Stock Keeper</strong> to join our <strong>Flagship Store in Milano San Babila.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The candidate we are looking for is responsible for ensuring an excellent product organization within the stockroom, by making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly, supporting at best omnichannel sales activities. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><u><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></u></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Delivering timely movement of product, playing an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly owning all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits etc. </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness and maintain a clean working environment </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support the whole omnichannel sales cycle with the management of inbound and outbound product management: receiving orders, product packaging, billing, and related admistrative tasks </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strive and support the team to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times, taking part to store cycle counts, scheduled inventories etc. </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Proactively execute shipping and receiving process, partnering with management to resolve any issues and taking necessary steps to resolve </span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Previous experience in similar roles and in-depth knowledge of a retail stock workflow </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Good aptitude and confidence with digital tools </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent organizational and priority management skills </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Highly adaptable and quick thinking while having the ability to see beyond the immediate situation </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Aptitude for Team Working as well as ability to work autonomously </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday </span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Compensation & Level: <br></strong></span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">CCNL Commercio, Level 5° - 4°</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Salary range (gross annual): €23.371,18 - €26.000</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Variable incentive plan</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
