A great opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic Bench Technician with electrical equipment repairs experience to join our Operations team based in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a permanent full-time position. Training will be provided to the successful candidate. Your role will involve: The testing, servicing and repairs of equipment mostly pressure care mattresses and pumps in-house at the Arjo Auckland site location. This is a physical role that requires a fit and energetic person. Skills and Experience: To be successful in this position, you will possess: <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience of 1st line repair of electrical equipment advantageous; </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) or Electrical Service Technician (EST) qualification and EWRB registration; </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Problem solving and fault finding skills with a strong desire to achieve a high level of professional customer service;</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience in cleaning and infection control ideal, but not essential – training will be provided;</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Be comfortable working with electronic devices such as an iPad and computers;</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Good time management skills;</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service interacting with staff and customers;</li> <li style="text-align:justify">The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Be well presented and uphold the company's brand and guiding principles;</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Have sensitivity to and be comfortable working in a Healthcare environment.</li> </ul> Why diversity matters to us At Arjo, we believe in the power of diversity.
