Tasks
Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms to boost brand awareness. Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to enhance our market reach and engagement. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative campaigns tailored for different audiences. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track campaign performance and optimize future efforts. Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the food and beverage retail industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze social media metrics and create engaging content.
