You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and external suppliers, ensuring high-quality solution design, integration, and delivery aligned with Skyguide’s IT strategy.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your tasks:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Own end-to-end software solutions and architecture, ensuring integration within the corporate IT landscape, with a primary focus on Salesforce-based Riskonnect and additional corporate IT applications</li> <li>Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer</li> <li>Lead technical delivery across the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment, go-live, and operational support</li> <li>Ensure high-quality delivery through impact analysis, release planning, and alignment with business processes</li> <li>Maintain stable operations via proactive monitoring, coordinated releases, and 2nd/3rd-level support, including vendor and access management.</li> <li>Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement and future-ready solutions, contributing to IT roadmap alignment and annual budget planning</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we are looking for:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally including Riskonnect, Experience Cloud, and custom applications; willing to learn additional platforms</li> <li>Strong understanding of user and access management, APIs and integrations, and data models/database</li> <li>Experience with software testing, release management, external vendors, and risk management environments is an advantage</li> <li>Knowledge of business domains - ATM operational safety, information or physical security, audit, or compliance frameworks - is a plus</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business language</li> <li>Flexibility: You adapt quickly to changing situations, stay open to new ideas and feedback, and step in where needed to support your team</li> <li>Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions</li> <li>Growth mindset: You embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, continuously seek to learn and improve, and actively work to overcome limiting beliefs</li> <li>Fluent in German and English; French is a plus</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><strong><br>What we offer:</strong></span><br>We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
