experience in regional/multinational environments is an advantage.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft or SAP SuccessFactors HCM is strongly preferred.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Experience in Power BI, Power Automate is a plus.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Proven ability to apply structured analysis and problem‑solving techniques to identify root causes, optimize processes, and enhance HR technology solutions.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
