About this role
<p><strong>Your role:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Prepare and analyse the monthly financial and management reports</li> <li>Support budget and forecast exercises, evaluate business proposals </li> <li>Assess and evaluate business unit performance and provide analysis of exceptions</li> <li>Access and advise on the accounting impact of the new business proposals and support ad hoc assignments</li> <li>Support and work with line managers on aspects of finance and accounting related issues of the business unit</li> <li>Responsible for audit liaison, tax return and other statutory reports filing</li> <li>Work closely with and provide support to business unit, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of business unit for each month end closing</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>To succeed in this role:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance in a related discipline</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years relevant experience; Candidate with both Big 4 and a listed company experience is preferred but not essential, with at least 2 years in a managerial role</li> <li>Good analytical, communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Technically competent and familiar with Hong Kong financial reporting standards</li> <li>Independent and proactive with a positive attitude and able to meet tight timelines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li> <li>Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese</li> </ul>
