This large-scale project involves numerous stakeholders and aims to enhance processes across multiple business areas.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years' experience as technical solution analyst</li> <li>Experienced working on large-scale transformation project</li> <li>Skilled in requirement gathering and documentation</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Knowledge of SQL and basic programming is bonus</li> <li>Fluency in Canto and Mandarin and English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with users to diagnose core business challenges and design tailored analytical solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to deliver products that align with business objectives.</li> <li>Analyse front-to-back application impacts and interpreted requirements to identify value-creation opportunities.</li> <li>Support project management through planning, and the creation of functional specifications and UAT documentation.</li> <li>Good communication and personality</li> </ul>
