<p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily MPF operations, including member onboarding, contributions, investment directives, transfers, and withdrawals, ensuring precision and adherence to established digital workflows.</li> <li>Prepare and streamline meeting materials for internal and external engagements, facilitating effective follow-ups to ensure optimal coordination.</li> <li>Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our systems, pinpointing issues and collaborating with tech teams to enhance system functionality.</li> <li>Tackle ad-hoc projects and tasks with agility and a proactive mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>To Succeed in this Role</p> <ul> <li>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in the pension or financial sectors is advantageous but not essential.</li> <li>A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience is preferred.</li> <li>Strong interest in digital tools and technologies, and experience in in-house system migration projects would be an advantage.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English at a business level is essential.</li> <li>Digital-savvy mindset, capable of conceptualizing complicated ideas and communicating effectively with technical teams.</li> </ul>
