<p>Job duties:<br>• Provide on-site support service not limited to Desktop PC, Monitor, Printer and peripherals<br>• Configuration of hardware/software of PC and peripherals<br>• Troubleshooting &amp; administration of Computer equipment<br>Job requirement:<br>The successful candidate should possess at least the following technical skill/knowledge:<br>• At least 3 years solid experience in provisioning and supporting of Intel based PC hardware and peripherals<br>• Possess of MCSE/MCP/CCNA would be advantaged<br>• Accredited with Vendor certificates are preferred, e.g. HP Service Qualification, Lenovo Authorization Exam<br>• Familiarize to identify the problem area by different diagnostics program tools<br>• Skill in printer repair and down to component replace, e.g. Fuser, Roller<br>• Working experience in relevant organization would be advantaged<br>• Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Cantonese, preferably with Putonghua<br>• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure</p>
