<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a committed and skilled Network Engineer to join our 7x24 shift operations team, responsible for monitoring and supporting network infrastructure within a mission-critical environment. The role focuses on incident handling, change execution, and operational support for network components only.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide 24/7 network infrastructure support in a shift-based rotation</li> <li>Monitor and resolve network-related incidents, escalating non-network issues to appropriate teams</li> <li>Handle network-related change requests and user requests in accordance with operational procedures</li> <li>Perform administration and operational tasks on Cisco switches and F5 LTM/GTM load balancers, based on Tier 2-provided procedures and guidelines.</li> <li>Maintain and update documentation for network incidents, changes, and configurations</li> <li>Collaborate with other infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution</li> <li>Participate in network health checks, performance monitoring, and proactive maintenance</li> <li>Support NOC operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of IT experience in infrastructure or network support</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or service desk support, handling user and change requests</li> <li>1 year of hands-on experience in network operations, including switch and load balancer support</li> <li>Familiarity with NOC support models, including incident and change management workflows</li> <li>Strong network troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Experience supporting Cisco switches and F5 LTM/GTM</li> <li>Advanced experience (preferred) in Cisco ACI and MSO (Multi-Site Orchestrator)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Effective communication and documentation skills</li> <li>Willingness to work in a 7x24 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays</li> </ul>
