About this role
<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the preparation of regular engagement reports and presentation materials for internal meetings and project steering committees.</li> <li>Assist in analysing updating operational and engagement data (e.g. employer and member usage figures) for analysis and tracking.</li> <li>Help execute outreach and engagement activities, such as webinars, briefings, events and email campaigns, including logistics and follow-up.</li> <li>Coordinate with external partners (industry bodies, employers, event organisers) on meeting schedules, materials, and basic enquiries.</li> <li>Maintain records of stakeholder contacts, activities and campaign performance, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>To Succeed in the Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.</li> <li>Good analytical mindset with interest in working with data to support decision making.</li> <li>Clear and professional communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to draft simple decks and emails.</li> <li>Well-organised, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li> </ul>
