About this role
<p><strong>Your role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as an HR business partner to provide HR support to internal stakeholders, including manpower planning support, talent acquisition coordination, employee relations support, and contributing to talent & organization development initiatives within designated business units.</li> <li>Add value to the business processes and operations and provide advice to managers on people’s matters.</li> <li>Provide support in talent and performance management and retention by working closely with HR COE teams to drive business outcomes and implement related initiatives.</li> <li>Build and foster trusted relationships with managers and leaders to ensure human capital efforts are aligned to business strategies.</li> <li>Conduct data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance the performance of people programs and productivity optimization.</li> <li>Work in partnership with functional COEs and other HR business partners to execute corporate policies and initiatives at the business unit level</li> <li>Provide support to the team on other HR strategic projects or ad hoc tasks.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>To succeed in this role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience in matrixed/multinational companies, preferably in Tech or Engineering industries</li> <li>Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work with leaders at different levels.</li> <li>Effective communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Agile, with solid business sense and good numerical/analytical skills.</li> <li>HRIS experience in SuccessFactors preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint</li> </ul>
