<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the management team of Treasury and Debt Execution and leading a team of treasury officers, your key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Manage corporate treasury operations and ensure treasury activities are compliant with group policies and internal controls.</li> <li>Assess financial risk, monitor FX and interest rate markets, execute trades and track valuation.</li> <li>Steer operations efficiency initiatives and execute implementation.</li> <li>Advise and interface with business units and external stakeholders on banking requirements relevant to business operations and special projects.</li> <li>Monitor funding requirements and collaborate with financing team to ensure adequate liquidity and optimise working capital.</li> <li>Perform financial analysis and prepare management reports.</li> <li>Address matters relating to due diligence and risk compliance.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>To Succeed in this Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines preferred</li> <li>A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the corporate treasury field with managerial function</li> <li>Sound knowledge in market risk assessment, regulatory regime and hedging documentation</li> <li>Hands-on experience with implementing operations efficiency initiatives and AI adoption in operations will be an advantage</li> <li>Familiarity with various payment platform and treasury management system</li> <li>Good understanding of regulatory and compliance framework relevant to corporate treasury</li> <li>Strong communications skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.</li> </ul>
