<p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support end-to-end learning and development activities, including training needs analysis, programme coordination, course development, delivery, and evaluation.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support AI enablement programme by coordinating learning initiatives, promoting the adoption of AI tools, and assisting in the development of AI-related learning solutions and resources.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Explore and apply AI-powered tools to enhance learning effectiveness, learner engagement, and personalized learning experiences.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Manage and continuously improve the eLearning platform, including content development, maintenance, regular review, and user support.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Develop engaging learning materials and digital content, including visual, presentation, and video-based learning resources.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Coordinate learning programmes and related logistics, including scheduling, enrolment, communications, and reporting.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support talent development initiatives such as the Graduate Development Program and other assigned learning projects.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Assist in employee engagement or team-based learning activities as required.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><strong>To Succeed in this role</strong></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">University graduate with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Hands-on experience in training delivery, programme coordination, or learning and development is an advantage.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Experience in eLearning content development and AI-based learning tools is highly desirable.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Exposure to AI enablement, digital learning, or technology adoption initiatives is an advantage.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Fast learner with a strong passion for AI, digital learning, and emerging technologies.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Resourceful and able to work independently.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Relevant skills and practical knowledge in AI tools and digital content development.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Experience in using Canva, iSpring, or other AI tools for visual and video content development is an advantage.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.</li> </ul>
