<p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br>We are looking for a Unit Manager to lead and supervise a dedicated onsite team responsible for the 7x24 operation, maintenance, and enhancement (add-on works) of Audio Visual (AV) systems at Hong Kong International Airport. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on management to ensure reliable system performance and continuous service availability.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise daily operations of the onsite AV maintenance team supporting <strong>7x24 service operation</strong></li> <li>Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high system availability and minimal downtime</li> <li>Plan and oversee add-on works and system enhancements according to operational needs</li> <li>Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex AV issues</li> <li>Ensure compliance with service KPIs, safety standards, and quality requirements</li> <li> <div>Coordinate shift arrangements and manpower planning to support 7x24 operations</div> </li> <li>Act as the key point of contact with client representatives, vendors, and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Prepare reports, maintenance records, and service documentation</li> <li>Coach and develop team members to enhance technical skills and performance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline</li> <li>Solid hands-on experience in Audio Visual (AV) systems (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting)</li> <li>Proven experience in team leadership, site supervision, or operations management, preferably in <strong>7x24 service environments</strong></li> <li><strong>Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving licence</strong></li> <li><strong>Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) is preferred</strong></li> <li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a dedicated onsite environment at Hong Kong International Airport</li> <li>Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p>
