Assistant Cash Management Officer (Hong Kong, HK, HK) @ HKT Services Limited

<p><strong>Your role:</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will develop their career in a specialised professional team of the Group Finance Department of a giant group of companies having a wide spectrum of business in Hong Kong. S/He will:</p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Participate in internal control on accurate, timely &amp; efficient billing with proper compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Handle daily billing operations and liaise with internal parties </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Recommend alternatives to supervisors on improving the existing systems and procedures </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Prepare operation statistics and reports for management review </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Support ad-hoc assignments </li> </ul> <p><strong>To succeed in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Holder of higher diploma / degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or other related discipline with 1 year relevant working experience</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Self-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Committed team player</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li> </ul> <p><em>Fast learners with less working experience (or fresh graduate) may also be considered.
