<p>Job Duties</p> <p>1. Hands-on experience in the design and development of applications using java srping boot and SQL developer Oracle<br>2. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.<br>3. Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine the best technology solutions for the organization.<br>4. Designing, developing, and implementing software systems and applications.<br>5. Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.<br>6. Providing technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.<br>7. Evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements or enhancements.<br>8. Creating system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials.<br>9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems across different departments or business units.<br>10. Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks or issues, and implementing necessary solutions or optimizations.<br>11. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions for the organization.<br>12. Managing & Mentoring junior developers in best practices for system analysis and design.</p> <p>Education / Qualification</p> <p> <br>• Bachelor's degree in Information Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or related disciplines</p> <p> </p> <p>Skills / Knowledge </p> <p> • Strong business senses <br>• Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded, and work as a team<br>• Proactive, independent, and quick learner.<br>• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)<br>• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)</p> <p>Working Experience <br> • 1-3 years of experiences in system development with hands-on SQL, ETL and PowerBI experiences</p>
