<table style="width:2034.5px" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <div><span id="internalJobDescriptionTitle"></span> <div id="internaljobDescription" tabindex=""> <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Responsible for managing and executing sales commission in compliance with sales compensation plans and incentive programs</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified and consistent dataset for analysis</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Collaborate with internal parties for business efficiency</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>With good sense, with a large dataset, and understanding of database concepts in business intelligence principles, and data modelling</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Any ad hoc duties/assignments assigned</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>To succeed in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines. Higher Diploma /Associate Degree holders will also be considered.</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Candidates with experience in commission or incentive calculation, commercial operations, payroll processing or related roles will be at an advantage</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Excel modelling, etc.)</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Familiarity with Macro is an advantage</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Good command of English and Chinese</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Immediate availability preferred</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Candidates with more experience would be considered for the Officer role</p> </li> </ul> </div> </div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p>
