About this role
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ensuring establishment and embedding delivery plans for one or more workstream elements of the overall delivery programme for the eMPF Platform Company Limited;</li> <li>Ensuring standard project management techniques and scope are covered, for example progress updates, plan management, dependency management, resource allocation and smoothing, risk management, assumption management, budget control, etc.;</li> <li>Working across multiple internal and external workstreams relating to technology, process design, operational management, vendor management and commercial delivery as required by relevant work streams;</li> <li>Ensuring timely and effective communication across programme work streams and internal / external stakeholders;</li> <li>Driving, monitoring and reporting plan delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle;</li> <li>Actively using risk management approaches to maximise project delivery; and</li> <li>Managing an indirect delivery team often including third party suppliers.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills and Qualification</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Service/Technology, Engineering, Business or other related disciplines;</li> <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certified;</li> <li>Minimum 10 years (for Senior Manager post) / 8 years (for Manager post) of relevant project management experience, preferably in a financial services and/or public sector environment, and on technology driven projects;</li> <li>Experience in digital transformation, MPF / pension operations a plus;</li> <li>Experience in managing the delivery of digital projects through the whole lifecycle including digital projects of high complexity, and in particular, testing and implementation project stages;</li> <li>Exposure to / experience in managing a vendor to deliver a complex large-scale project or sub-projects;</li> <li>Strong in internal and external stakeholder management;</li> <li>Driven, positive, highly structured, proactive, and analytical;</li> <li>Excellent organization and problem solving skills, and be able to work under pressure;</li> <li>Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; and</li> <li>Keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment with all the flexibility that requires and level of change involved.</li> </ul>
