<p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Your Role </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Oversee the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and A&A works for building fabrics, structures, plumbing and drainage systems, and various building services within company premises</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Formulate and implement maintenance plans, including feasibility studies, tendering processes, quotation preparation, budget formulation, and cost control</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate emergency call out services around the clock</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Conduct fault investigations, manage minor project executions and monitor site work progress</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Liaise with end users, manage contractors and supervise in-house technical officers and technicians</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Attend emergency call out service if necessary</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>To Succeed in the Role </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Degree holder of Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Minimum 3 years’ experience in operation & maintenance in the field of facilities management or property management</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Able to manage various building services system independently, including repair and maintenance works, addition & alteration works, as well as troubleshooting and fault findings</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Able to supervise and manage in-house staffs and a bunch of service contractors to ensure best value and service delivery in accordance with agreed SLA and KPI</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Familiar with local ordinances and regulations, COP, as well as relevant international standards</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skills</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Customer services oriented</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Computer skills are required, e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD, etc</p> </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc"> <p>Holder of Grade A registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage</p> </li> </ul>
