This role develops, implements, and maintains the site’s Mechanical Integrity (MI) program in alignment with Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements and company standards. The Mechanical Integrity Engineer partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHSS to establish inspection and testing strategies, evaluate equipment condition, and mitigate risks associated with pressure vessels, piping systems, tanks, and critical process equipment. Through data analysis, failure investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives, this role helps ensure safe, reliable operations while extending the asset life and minimizing unplanned downtime.
