About this role
<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Development and execution of Rosenberger’s sales activities in the defined region</li> <li>Development and management of customer relationships across various industries</li> <li>Definition of a 3- to 5-year business plan and sales strategy for the markets</li> <li>Preparation of an action plan to expand existing and new business relationships</li> <li>Annual increase of Rosenberger’s revenue and market share</li> <li>Support of regional sales channels</li> <li>Support in the development and implementation of marketing plans</li> <li>Presentation of RFP/RFQ responses</li> <li>Organization of product presentations, meetings, training sessions, etc.</li> <li>Negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with given guidelines</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Profile:</p> <ul> <li>Completed technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering</li> <li>Knowledge of electromechanical components, preferably in an industrial environment</li> <li>Solid experience in sales, preferably in an international environment</li> <li>Persuasive personality with strong teamwork skills and flexibility</li> <li>Very good command of English, both written and spoken, good knowledge of italian is an advantage</li> <li>Willingness to travel required</li> </ul>
