Il dispose d'un statut de droit public et est doté de la personnalité juridique. Il est rattaché administrativement à la Direction de la sécurité, de la justice et du sport (DSJS), sous la haute surveillance du Conseil d'Etat. style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Instruire et former les détenus sur les véhicules, les machines agricoles ainsi qu’au travaux manuels </span></li> <li
