Join the team We’re looking for a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our Property team. Based in Melbourne, this role is responsible for delivering safe, compliant and high-performing facilities maintenance outcomes across a large, multi-site retail portfolio across our VIC, TAS, WA, SA & NT regions. Operating at a regional level, this role plays a critical part in keeping our stores running smoothly by balancing reactive and planned maintenance, managing critical incidents, and ensuring asset uptime. You’ll work closely with our outsourced FM partner and a broad range of stakeholders to drive service delivery, influence performance and continuously improve cost, quality and safety outcomes. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in live trading environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges and can confidently lead through influence to deliver consistent results across geographically dispersed sites.
