What you’ll be doing As a Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll operate at the heart of the business, combining strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking. Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Partner closely with Merchandise and Marketing teams to provide strategic financial insight and support decision-making.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deliver clear, actionable analysis on sales performance, margins, campaigns, and product initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for your portfolio.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Identify opportunities to improve profitability and optimise commercial performance.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide financial leadership on key projects, campaigns, and business initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Translate complex financial data into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and tools. </li> </ul> This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence outcomes and help shape strategic direction.
