About this role
<p>Responsibilities:<br>- Drive early quality prevention using Industrial Engineering and in-line controls<br>- Manage end-to-end production quality (PP, inline, final inspection)<br>- Work with factories to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent standards<br>- Lead pre-production meetings to prevent bulk production risks<br>- Prepare inspection reports and analyse quality performance<br>- Conduct audits and root cause analysis to support continuous improvement<br>- Ensure compliance with global safety and quality standards<br>- Support supplier capability uplift (CAPA, quality improvement plans) and product safety processes</p> <p> </p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>1. Based in North China. </p> <p>2. At least 5 years relevant experience in apparel QC, strong apparel factory experience will be a great plus</p> <p>3. Solid understanding of apparel construction and manufacturing.</p> <p>4. Familiar with AQL, inspection processes, and international safety standards</p> <p>5. Good English communication and written skill</p> <p>6. Proactive, solution-oriented, and with high integrity</p>
