About this role
<p>Key Responsibilities:<br>1. Conduct fabric testing in line with Kmart/Target quality standards<br>2. Review test reports and manage exceptions and failure analysis<br>3. Monitor and assess third-party laboratory performance<br>4. Provide technical support and training to internal teams, suppliers and labs<br>5. Work directly with suppliers to resolve fabric quality issues<br>6. Support continuous improvement initiatives for testing and materials<br>7. Manage quality risks across development, production and shipment stages</p> <p> </p> <p>Requirement:<br>- At least 5 years' experience of technical role in 3rd party fabric testing lab or sourcing office, with deep understanding on fabric and industry<br>- Strong knowledge of fabric testing and colour assessment</p> <p>- Strong communication and problem-solving skills<br>- Excellent communication skill in English</p>
