In this role, you will build and strengthen internal and external relationships while ensuring high-quality work is delivered to clients. You will identify and escalate risks, foster a positive learning culture, and mentor junior team members to support their development.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">As a Manager/Senior Manager, you'll manage the delivery of audit engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the Senior Manager / Partner and executing it in compliance with Ernst & Young's policies and protocols. When required, you'll personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.
