Your key responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Need to work as a Technical Consultant to contribute in various technical streams of EIS implementation projects.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">EIS Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Cooperating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new EIS technologies/solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Reporting the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Designing, testing, and implementing new EIS solutions/modules – conducting workshops, pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and deploying new or improved system features.</li> </ul> Skills and attributes for success <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Must have hands-on experience in Insurance - Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Must have experience in core technical skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in Insurance domain – Property & Casualty.</li> </ul> To qualify for the role, you must have <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">4+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar positions.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong communication skills.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Excellent business communication skills.</li> </ul> Ideally, you’ll also have <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in OpenL Tablets.Knowledge of Vue.js.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Certificates proving certain skills: Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud, Angular, React.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in agile / scrum methodology.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Good understanding of Agile methodology.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in client facing roles.</li> </ul> What we look for As we are a dynamic team of passionate specialists, and we work in international teams all over the world, we will look for the same business acumen.
