As a result, we have a recruitment need for a Senior to join our team to support on services related to accounting projects in the public and private sector. The role will be based in Al Khobar</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">In this role, you’ll work directly with a diverse range of clients across various industries to assess the impact of new accounting standards, proposed transactions, or other regulatory changes. Specifically, you will:</span></p> <ul style="text-align:justify" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build and maintain strong networks internally and externally</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Report directly to Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners during the planning, execution, and wrap-up stages of FAAS engagements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide accounting advisory services to guarantee compliance with IFRS and IPSAS standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist clients in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring they meet IFRS and IPSAS requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide guidance on the adoption of new accounting standards and the impact on financial reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with clients to streamline their accounting processes and improve overall efficiency in financial reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Consult with appropriate resources on complex accounting issues, ensuring that FAAS work products meet client needs, are clear, accurate, and well-presented.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial accounting and reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure that work is of high quality, delivered in a timely fashion, and in compliance with EY policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work with other EY locations, service lines, and specialists to deliver a fully integrated service offering.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Identify and communicate relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deliver effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework, including supporting major transactions with strategic insights and financial advisory expertise.</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Pro- activity, accountability and results- driven people will flourish in this environment.
