Your responsibilities: <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> To manage facilities and maintenance of building systems and services within a distribution centre. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> Adhere to all regulatory, environmental and Health & Safety requirements ensuring legal compliance to UK laws and legislations. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> Ensure site facilities are well maintained and manage planned preventative maintenance schedules. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> Plan and oversee operational site renovations or refurbishments, engaging, managing and monitoring relevant contractors. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> Source and oversee contracts and service providers, identify and research potential new suppliers and manage facilities/maintenance budgets. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> Deal with site maintenance/facilities emergencies as they arise. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> Manage MHE fleet on site, taking ownership of the internal FLT management system. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> Manage external Cleaners and Security personnel on site and management of waste. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif;color:#0f151a"> Work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif"> Candidates must have experience within a warehouse environment. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Inter, sans-serif"> Engage with, support, and liaise with the operational management team. </li> </ul> Who you are: We are seeking individuals who are committed to efficiency, safety, and teamwork.
