Responsibilities include performing repairs, preventive maintenance (PM), modifications, installations, and rearrangements of building and production equipment and systems. This role is a 3rd shift position, Sunday through Thursday, from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., offering an hourly wage of $29.50 to $33.00, plus a 10% shift differential. Compensation is based on experience. Also aligns turrets, spindles, and tailstock. Repairs chip conveyors and tanks and resolves bearing issues. Electrical repair includes replacing switches, solenoids, cooling fans, fuses relays and contactors. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Performs preventative maintenance on all machines. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>REASONING ABILITY:</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
