<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Impact You'll Make</b></H2> </div><div><p>The primary function of this position is to operate the unwrapper machines. <br><br>This is a 3rd Shift position, Sunday through Thursday.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Perform necessary service functions for Unwrapper Operator</li> <li>Verify that the spray system is working properly</li> <li>Verify that the OD monitoring system is working properly</li> <li>Verify that the eddy current system is working properly</li> <li>Check the MEK ink level and refill as needed</li> <li>Verify the quality of tape packs</li> <li>Verify defects are marked out by the spray system</li> <li>Inspect the tape as it is unwrapping</li> <li>Cut out defects in tape and bond tape back together</li> <li>Keep work area clean and organized</li> <li>Assist other operators when possible</li> <li>Cross train for flexibility</li> <li>Work within all safety and quality guidelines</li> <li>Perform other duties as necessary</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Required (Basic) Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>One (1) year manufacturing experience</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Criteria and Environment</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel and external personnel</li> <li>Frequent dealing with reels and the unrapper is only moderately large.</li> <li>Workspace is very loud and hot, near autoclave.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Safety</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Risk of pinching when loading/unloading reels; use caution and gloves.</li> <li>Safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel-toed shoes required at all times.</li> <li>Gloves required when moving reels, handling knives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Tools</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>OD tape for quality checks.</li> <li>Allen Wrench (to remove barrel inside machine)</li> <li>Crescent Wrench/ screwdriver</li> <li>Drill (to remove tape pack)</li> <li>Bonder (to melt/glue tape strips together)</li> <li>Hoist (to move full tape packs)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Physical Activity</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Entire shift is spent walking or standing.</li> <li>Some heavy lifting: Moving autoclave reels, which are approximately 6 ft. tall.</li> <li>Ability to reach, grasp and manipulate.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ol> <li>We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</li> <li>You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
