The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a blend of financial acumen and IT infrastructure knowledge to effectively manage budgets, subscriptions, software licenses, and vendor contracts.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Financial Management:</strong> Manage IT Infrastructure related financial budgets and cost control to ensure efficient resource utilization.</li> <li><strong>Software License Management:</strong> Oversee infrastructure software license and subscription management and compliance to avoid legal risks.</li> <li><strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize vendor contracts and purchasing processes.</li> <li><strong>Procurement:</strong> Create and manage purchase orders for IT infrastructure related acquisitions.</li> <li><strong>Invoice Processing:</strong> Handle invoice approval and monitor timely and accurate costs allocation in ERP system.</li> <li><strong>Order Tracking:</strong> Track order deliveries and invoicing to ensure alignment with purchase orders and budgets.</li> <li><strong>Financial Reviews:</strong> Conduct regular financial reviews and reporting to provide insights into IT infrastructure spending and financial performance.
