This function is an internal supplier for our assembly areas. <br><br>This is a 2nd Shift position, with work hours 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="line-height:13.65pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Attendance and Interactions: Follows attendance guidelines, rarely absent or late, pre-schedules and pre-approves absences.</li> <li style="line-height:13.6pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">The position will interact with co-workers in surrounding machining cells.</li> <li style="line-height:13.65pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">The position will interact with a Machining Process Engineer, who is the subject matter expert on the machining cell.</li> <li style="line-height:13.6pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">The position will take instruction from the Team Leader.</li> <li style="line-height:13.65pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Safety: Follows safety & housekeeping standards and procedures, uses appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), looks after the safety of others.</li> <li style="line-height:13.65pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Quality: Follows standard work procedures, self acknowledges and corrects mistakes, works to avoid errors and get it right the first time.</li> <li style="line-height:13.6pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications.</li> <li style="line-height:13.9pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Understands proper use and care of all gages and inspection equipment used in the cell used to verify conformance of work piece to specifications.</li> <li style="line-height:13.7pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Productivity: Ability to meet or exceed productivity goals, manages time wisely, stays on task requiring little supervision to get the job done.</li> <li style="line-height:13.7pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><div class="WordSection1"> <ul> <li style="line-height:13.95pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li style="line-height:13.95pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">One (1) year certificate in Machining or Advanced Manufacturing from college or technical school or Associate Tool & Die Degree preferred.</li> <li style="line-height:13.6pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Required Skills or traits for the position:</li> <li style="line-height:13.7pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li> <li style="line-height:13.7pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to interpret prints, read gauges and convert units from standard to metric.</li> <li style="line-height:13.7pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li> <li style="line-height:13.7pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical situations.</li> <li style="line-height:13.7pt;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation</li> </ul> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ol> <li>We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</li> <li>You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
