<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p>Process Management & Documentation<br>• Maintain and optimize automatic production lines and assembly processes.<br>• Create, update, and manage key process documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans (CP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and checklists.<br>• Monitor production line quality, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and workflows.<br>• Control and improve process capability; plan, implement, and optimize Measurement System Analysis (MSA).<br>Equipment Setup & Maintenance Leadership<br>• Lead the setup and validation of new machines and production lines.<br>• Guide the maintenance team in developing Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and troubleshooting machine breakdowns.<br>• Drive productivity improvement initiatives across the production line.<br>Quality, Problem Solving & Training<br>• Handle abnormal issues on the production line promptly and effectively.<br>• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer complaints and product audit failures, and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).<br>• Design and deliver operator training programs, and manage certification processes to ensure competency.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related majors.<br>• Proficient in automation equipment, PLC programming, and standard industrial components.<br>• 10+ years of experience in Electrical and electronics manufacturing.<br>• Proven experience in process engineering, NPI, and Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred) to deliver measurable process improvements.<br>• Highly skilled in CAD/CAM tools, ERP/MES systems, and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).<br>• Familiarity with manufacturing digitalization and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.<br>• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with global teams and local shop floor staff.<br>• Solid understanding of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management systems and Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies(IPC-A-610)</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
