This role plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement, ensuring product quality, and protecting the customer experience through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position provides direct support to the Manufacturing team and partners closely with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to enhance performance and maintain compliance with quality standards. This is a fully onsite position at our facility in Tallahassee, Florida. </p> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><div> <h3><strong>Manufacturing Quality & Continuous Improvement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Monitor, analyze, and report on manufacturing process performance on a regular basis</li> <li>Leverage performance data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities</li> <li>Lead or facilitate cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions</li> <li>Drive improvements using structured problem-solving methodologies and the corrective action process</li> <li>Perform trend analysis to identify both positive and negative shifts in product or process performance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders</li> <li>Develop actionable insights to support continuous improvement and lessons learned across the organization</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Reporting & Metrics</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Prepare and deliver monthly quality reports, including KPIs across multiple functional areas</li> <li>Develop KPIs from raw data when required or consolidate inputs from various departments</li> <li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in reporting to support business decisions</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Quality Issue Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead or support containment activities for high-risk quality issues to protect customers</li> <li>Develop, implement, and document containment and corrective actions</li> <li>Ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of quality events</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Audit & Compliance</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Participate in the internal audit program, conducting audits per the defined schedule</li> <li>Support product audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards</li> <li>Ensure adherence to company quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Training & Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Assist in delivering Quality Tools training sessions as needed</li> <li>Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across teams</li> </ul> <h3><strong>General Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li> <li>Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> </div> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><h3><strong>Education & Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field<br><strong>AND</strong></li> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, process engineering, or related areas</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Technical Skills & Knowledge</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Working knowledge and practical application of:</p> <ul> <li>PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)</li> <li>FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)</li> <li>Experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments</li> <li>ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards</li> <li>Capability analysis and statistical methods</li> <li>Root cause analysis and corrective action tools</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:</p> <ul> <li>Excel (data analysis and reporting)</li> <li>PowerPoint (presentations)</li> <li>Word, Access, Visio (documentation and process mapping)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)</li> <li>Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies</li> <li>GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and quality management systems (QMS)</li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ol> <li>We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</li> <li>You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
