<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Daily diagnose and repair equipment faults promptly to ensure production equipment stable operation<br>• Drive TPM in factory;<br>• PM system maintain and improve preventive maintenance by regular data analysis;<br>• Weekly/monthly report maintenance related key issues;<br>• Continous improvement on the equpment (Technical,quality and econimical) to minimizing downtime;<br>• Manage and control cost of spare part, maintain spare part list for key/critical equipment;<br>• Assist/lead in equipment modification, upgrades, and installation/commissioning of new equipment;<br>• Lead and coach maintenance technicians/operators to handle daily work;<br>• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering departments to optimize equipment performance</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><div>• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an equipment, maintenance, or automation engineer.<br>• Strong practical skills, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.<br>• Capable of independently diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, proficient with standard maintenance tools.<br>• Experience with TPM and predictive maintenance methodologies.<br>• Familiarity with Siemens PLCs, sensors, servo systems, robots, and related technologies.<br>• Preferred experience in digitalization and SCADA systems (such as WinCC, C#, OPC, or IoT).<br>• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards.<br>• Demonstrates initiative, systematic working methods, and goal-oriented focus.<br>• Open-minded with excellent communication and teamwork skills.</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
