This role applies all Haiyan Danfoss Turbocor manufacturing equipments.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Equipment Maintenance: preventive/predictive maintenance according to the plan; minimize downtime through troubleshoot/repair; analyze root cause and implement corrective actions;<br>2. Spare parts management, including purchasing, stock management, using, stock accuracy etc. to ensure approriate stock level, reduce downtime and fund occupation at the same time;<br>3. Continuous Improvement: Drive equipment performance improvement initiatives (OEE, MTBF, MTTR); Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, and SOP updates related to equipment.<br>4. Installation and Commissioning: Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment; Ensure equipment meets safety and operational requirements.<br>5. Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports as per requirement; analyze the previous issue of equipment to optimize the maintenance plan and spare parts stock; Ensure compliance with EHS, Quality and regulatory requirement<br>6.
