The ideal candidate will have:</p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Current enrollment in a degree program for <strong>Engineering</strong> (Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Computer, Software), <strong>MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, or Industrial Technology</strong> (Sophomore level or above).</li> <li>Proficiency with data and productivity tools, including the <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> and data visualization software like <strong>Power BI</strong>.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>written and verbal communication skills</strong>, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li> <li>The ability to work flexible hours in our Ames, IA facility: <strong>40 hours/week</strong> when class is not in session and <strong>10-20 hours/week</strong> during fall/spring semester</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Ready to make a lasting impact on quality?
