<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Impact You'll Make</b></H2> </div><div><p>作为电力电子经理，你将负责变频器硬件平台的技术管理与交付统筹，组织功率回路、控制电路、EMC及可靠性设计评审，推动产品在性能、成本与质量上的综合竞争力达成，协同技术团队支撑平台化与长期技术演进。</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. 高性价比硬件设计体系构建<br>成本目标前置：在产品定义阶段即参与成本目标制定，将BOM成本、制造成本、维护成本纳入设计约束<br>器件选型优化：建立核心器件（IGBT、电容、电感、控制芯片等）的选型库与替代方案库，在性能与成本间找到最优解<br>设计简化与标准化：通过拓扑优化、功能复用、模块化设计减少冗余，降低复杂度与成本<br>DFM/DFC（面向制造与成本的设计）：与供应链、生产部门协同，从设计端降低加工难度与物料成本<br>2. 团队技术能力建设<br>诊断团队现有技术短板，制定分层培养计划（老员工技术深化 vs 新员工基础夯实）<br>建立硬件设计规范、评审机制与知识库，将历史积累转化为可复用的组织资产<br>引入或设计针对性的技术培训（功率电子、EMC设计、热设计、可靠性工程等）<br>推动AB角机制建设与知识传承<br>3. 项目与技术管理<br>统筹变频器硬件项目的方案设计、原理图/PCB评审、样机调试及量产导入<br>把控关键节点：IGBT/IPM选型、驱动电路设计、电源设计、EMC整改、安规认证<br>建立设计评审（Design Review）机制，降低设计返工率<br>协调与软件、结构、供应链等跨部门协作<br>4. 技术攻坚与创新<br>主导或参与技术难点攻关（如高功率密度设计、低EMI方案、散热优化）<br>跟踪行业技术趋势（SiC/GaN应用、模块化设计、数字电源等），评估技术预研方向<br>对历史产品的技术债务进行梳理与优化<br>5. 团队稳定与梯队建设<br>关注团队士气与稳定性，降低核心人员流失风险<br>根据业务规划，逐步补充团队编制，建立合理的人才梯队<br>参与招聘面试，把控硬件工程师的技术准入标准</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p>学历：电子工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历<br>经验：5年以上电力电子/变频器/伺服/电源等硬件开发经验，有团队管理经验优先考虑。<br>技术深度：<br>熟悉变频器硬件架构（整流、逆变、制动、驱动、采样、保护）<br>了解IGBT/IPM等主流功率器件选型要点，能评估器件<br>熟悉EMC/CE/UL认证流程，并推动整改<br>具备电路仿真（PSpice/Saber等）能力<br>了解PCB设计规范，能组织设计评审<br>成本能力：<br>主导或参与过产品降本（BOM成本降低8%以上或同等量级）<br>熟悉核心器件市场行情，具备器件替代评估能力<br>理解DFM/DFC原则，能从设计端影响制造成本<br>管理能力：<br>团队建设：能搭建并培养硬件团队，推动AB角机制落地（确保关键岗位有备份，知识传承）<br>流程建设：能制定/优化硬件开发流程、设计规范、评审机制<br>项目管理：能统筹多个硬件项目的进度、质量、资源分配</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
