<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Impact You'll Make</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">As our ED Solution Engineer, you’ll play a key role in making solution and detail design for ETO enclosed drive projects based on cutomer technique requirement, make cost down activties, improve quality and solve technical issues.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Collaborate closely with project manager and sales, participate in project technique communication and collect technique requirements from global customer projects;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Make solution design based on global customer's application requirements and the industry compliance regulations，including the selection of key components, single-line diagrams and cost considerations etc;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ensure all parties reach a consensus on the solution, paticapate the kick off meeting;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Deep understanding of ETO enclosed drive design knowledge, make ETO enclosed drive new project electrical design;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Make detail design drawing, BOM and other design&Marine documents for ETO projects;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Select right compoents to fulfill cost/quality target;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Continuously optimize product design for improve the product quality;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Provide technical support for Marine certification;</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelor Degree major in Electrical Engineering or related;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Minimum 4 years design experience in enclosed drive solution or detail design (or similar product);</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Advanced engineering skills regarding, analysis and problem solving;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Know well of common Electrical design tools (E-plan, CAD…) and product development process;</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Good in planning\collaboration skills\learning ability, with Quality oriented.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
