The Maintenance Technician provides support to Plant Operations in repairing and maintaining production equipment throughout the plant<br><br>This is a 2nd Shift position, with work hours are 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday. </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems to the faulty component under the instruction of the Maintenance Manager. </li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions using test equipment under the instruction of the Maintenance manager. </li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyze machine error messages and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Troubleshoot and repair the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control system components of production equipment.</li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Skilled in the use of hand and power tools</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Follow all Safety Rules, including PPE and OSHA</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Complete all required reporting and documentation.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">High school diploma or equivalent required;
